Your family’s information is not sold to advertisers or data brokers, and not shared with anyone outside the services needed to run FamGlow.
Private by design
Your family’s information powers FamGlow, not an advertising profile. FamGlow reads the calendars you connect and does not edit them, and the photos in your photo frame are never sent to AI. When you ask FamGlow to read a flyer or a forwarded email, that item does go to our AI provider so it can be turned into events, and it is never used to train their models.
You’re in control
Delete your account from Settings, with no email and no waiting period. Personal data is removed from our active systems within seven days, and you can delete individual items without closing the account.
Read our privacy policy, including every third-party service and exactly what it receives.
Why this exists
Built by a parent who kept missing things.
FamGlow started after we missed TaeKwonDo for what felt like the hundredth time. We had every app. We shared calendars. None of it worked the way a family actually lives.
So I built a screen for our kitchen wall, where the whole family’s week is always visible. My kids can see what class they have. I glance at it while I grab my coffee.

Questions, answered.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. FamGlow runs on any screen you already own: an iPad, an Android tablet, an Amazon Fire tablet, an old laptop, or a phone. Anything from the last five years that opens a browser will work.
Does it sync with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar?
Yes, both, and school or team calendars through their ICS links. Sign in with Google or Apple, so there is no new password and no app to install. FamGlow reads the calendars you connect and does not edit them.
What does it cost?
FamGlow is free for a limited time, with no card required, and it shows no ads.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes. Open FamGlow in a browser, sign in with Google or Apple, connect your calendars, then mount the tablet. The setup guide covers the display settings that keep a tablet awake and quiet on the wall.
Is my family’s data private?
Your schedule, your children’s names and your photos stay in your account. Photos are never sent to any AI provider. We do not sell data, run ads, or use third-party trackers in the app, and deleting your account removes your personal data within seven days. The privacy policy lists every service we use and what it receives.
How is this different from Cozi or Skylight?
